Your Weight X 12 = the # of calories you need to maintain your weight.
Subtract 500 for the # of calories you need to lose 1lb. per week.
Subtract 1000 for the # of calories you need to lose 2lbs. per week.

Of course the more active you are the more weight you will lose.
